４月２８日（木）　ＡＬＴ来校

　

The 1^st grade students had a special day.  An ALT (Assistant Language Teacher)visited Datemidorigaoka high school.  His name is Benjamin Trown.  At the beginning of the class, he surprised all the students with his special magic which made sleepy studentsalert.  All of them enjoyed his attractiveway of speaking, cute drawings, and exciting quiz. 

He went to all the four 1^st grade classes.  Today’s aim of the lesson was to be able to find similarities between Benjamin and students themselves by asking questions.  Most of the students seriously tried to tell him about themselves and ask him if he had anything incommon.  It was surprising that oneof the girls asked him his birthday and they had the same birthday.

All the students seemed to be enjoying speaking English thanks to Ben. Thank you, Ben!  Weare really looking forward to having you again!

1学年の全クラスにＡＬＴ（外国語指導助手）を招き、1年生にとっては今年度初のティームティーチングを行いました。ベンジャミン先生は指導経験豊富なＡＬＴで、授業の冒頭に生徒を特別な手品で驚かすような気さくな方でした。生徒たちもベンジャミン先生の巧みな話術や、可愛らしい絵、クイズ形式の自己紹介に夢中になりました。

　今日のレッスンの目的は、ベンジャミン先生と生徒たちの共通点を見つけ出すことでした。生徒たちは自分たちのことを英語で説明し、それがベンジャミン先生も同じかどうか尋ねました。最も驚いた共通点は、ある女子生徒がベンジャミン先生と同じ誕生日だったことです。生徒たちはベンジャミン先生のおかげで、英会話を楽しむことができました。
